It just amazed me the loyalty that we (yes myself included) have to the ipod and really made me think about what it would take for me to drop my ipod for good if apple was ever mean to me :)

In retrospect none of us (iPodder by Adam Curry ,ipodder lemon, and iPodderX) should have used “iPod” in the name, it was asking for trouble down the road — which is what happened. Besides giving away an iPod is a strong motivator to get people to suggest some good names!
